RUIYI announced the release of MES 7.2, which brings edge AI inspection into the manufacturing execution layer. Vision models run close to the process, so defects are caught in-line rather than downstream.
Alongside inspection, the release adds predictive scheduling that adjusts to real line conditions. Both capabilities reuse the same data foundation as existing MES deployments.
MES 7.2 is available to current clients as an upgrade. A migration guide and a phased rollout plan are provided as part of the release.
